O.L.A was created as an educational support initiative aimed at addressing staffing challenges faced by schools. When a client approached me after losing two teachers simultaneously, they sought a business idea that could help schools navigate similar situations.

The education sector faced several challenges:
- Finding replacement teachers was often time-consuming, relying heavily on word-of-mouth due to the lack of centralized platforms for job postings.
- Schools needed a reliable and efficient solution to address staffing issues quickly.
- Parents seeking private tutors needed assurance of professionalism and accountability.
- The initiative required a strong brand presence that could serve as a sign of trustworthiness and efficiency to appeal to both schools and parents.
Solutions
- Market research revealed these gaps, shaping the concept of a platform to bridge schools and teachers. While the platform itself did not reach the development stage, I crafted the branding, business strategy, and brand strategy to establish O.L.A’s identity and positioning.
- The proposed platform, supported by the slogan "Bridging Needs", aimed to embody O.L.A’s mission of connecting schools, teachers, and parents effectively. The slogan encapsulated the initiative’s vision of addressing staffing and tutoring gaps seamlessly.
- Additionally, I recommended outreach initiatives, such as setting up booths at universities and colleges, to attract new teaching talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
